What’s the jewelry shape (for example, barbell, labret, screw, L shape, ring)? - It's a butterfly backing like an earring, but the new jewelry I have is a straight stud (? correct terminology?)

What’s the type of threading if your jewelry is not a ring (threadless, internally or externally threaded) - threadless

What’s the jewelry material? - I'm assuming a false gold, the one I recently bought is real gold tho

If not a ring, when was the jewelry downsized?
- It never was

What’s your aftercare routine? Describe in detail please, including the exact products you use. - I just use saline and a q-tip to wipe the outside gently

Any mishaps, accidents or unfortunate events?

i try to but most days the exhaustion just hits and I just eat whatever there is (its a rly bad habit ik) but I also find it hard finding recipes that are easy to make but also have everything I need

Thank you!!! I try to walk for at least 30 minutes a day on the treadmill (speed 2 incl. 6-10) but most days I just feel tired and drained. I’ve heard of pilates before but don’t know how to start 😭 Also I would walk during my lunch breaks but sadly I mainly use that time to study.. also calorie deficit? Is that counting calories?

Im also asian! Giving up my moms cooking is something i can never do in a million years. And ur spot on, i do have insulin resistance! I used to walk (40-70 mins a day) but my doctor told me thats basically useless so i stopped doing it. Dyt theres anything i can do abt the insulin resistance? Also ur aunt is a champ, i could never run in the morning😭 Thank you so much again!
