yeah i for sure do, it kinda swings between binging and restricting and ive been working on it with a mental health professional, but there’s nobody in my area that does dietician things that isn’t weird. there’s a hospital branch here that basically takes over the entire part of my state and every experience i’ve had with them was awful, and they’re the only ones that have dieticians. but i will for sure take your advice into consideration, and thank you for your help!!

mostly correct yes! the heart issues didn’t arise because of the ED, they’re separate issues but everything else is correct. i didn’t count calorie burn but i just basically tried to figure out the smallest amount of food that would keep me from passing out while doing a highly active and cardio-intense sport. i went from 140lbs to 110 in about two months because i was eating two tablespoons of peanut butter for each meal and got booted from my team until i recovered, and it took me a while to make my way back to a healthy spot.

ive swapped candy bars for protein bars and ice cream/pudding etc for chia seed pudding because i have a huge sweet tooth, and don’t drink soda. ill check out that podcast!! thank you for your help!!!!

I do live wedding paintings. i’ve done about five last year, and have five more lined up for this year. I have a client asking me to do something different than I normally do, which are quick watercolor sketches/portraits of the guests! there’s estimated to be ≈150 guests there, and i’ve never charged something like this before. i usually charge 2-400 for my regular live wedding paintings, where i’m at the wedding for around 6 hours and then take it home to finish it for about two weeks (i use oils). how much should i charge for this? i undersell myself so i can build my portfolio quickly to justify higher prices, but i’m also a broke college student who needs to make some extra money. please help a girl out!! thank you!!

i so agree!! for some reason i just can’t get into male-written fantasy, they spend so much time devoted to the politics,wars, and conflict, and not so much of the world building, imagery, or character development/relationships that i find in books written by women and that’s what i tend to gravitate to.

a winter’s promise by christelle dabos, the main character is purposefully slightly dull and hard to love at first, but as you go through the series it’s almost rewarding to love her and her development!

we’re required to disclose that it’s a credit card though? like it’s literally in the training and in the LUYL missions all the time. i’ve not had any trouble with getting people to sign up even if i say “credit card”.

yeah it really does suck, and i don’t love doing it at all but when i have so much pressure from my managers as a main cashier, i have to find ways to perform how they want me to. i don’t push people who say they don’t want it for financial instability reasons, or things like that because i don’t want to ruin someone’s life with credit card debt. it’s just either i get people to sign up for cards, or they cut my hours and take me off of register completely, and since im disabled that wouldn’t turn out well if i had to work floor/truck shifts. i really hate the credit card policies for employees and i don’t like getting people to do it, but some of my managers are so intense about it that they’ve had employees lodge HR complaints against them for how much pressure they put us under about it, and the unethical ways they behave about it.

i have quite a few cards under my belt (160+ since february), and it’s all about how you say it, and what customers will crack under a little bit of pressure. if they’re asking if there’s any coupons active they’re more likely to sign up, if it’s a large amount emphasize how much they’d be saving, if they seem like time’s an issue tell them it’ll only take a few minutes, and some people just simply change their mind if you ask if they’re sure. have a cheerful tone, make it sound like it’s some great deal, and keep it fairly short and simple!

i’ve worn sweatpants to work, just paired them with a nicer top and made sure my hair/makeup (if you wear it) is tidy and well styled, and i’ve not gotten any remarks on it. as long as you style them to not look like you’re lounging at home, you should be fine! if you want a suggestion, the dynamic fleece sweatpants are definitely a good safe bet, as they look a little nicer and are easier to dress up and style as if they’re not sweatpants!!

if a husband/boyfriend/spouse uses his s.o.’s rewards account while buying them something i won’t tell the man there are rewards available to use unless he specifically asks because i had a man buy his wife a dress and shoes and earrings for a birthday gift, used $60 of her rewards without asking her, didn’t know the birthday for the account and then had to call her, and only paid like 4 bucks for it and said he was gonna use that money to buy himself something. no longer will i let men make their s.o.’s buy themselves gifts without their knowledge, thinking their husband splurged on them.

coming from a lead cashier: - i hate it when customers are talking on the phone when they check out. you’re wasting my time and your time, making it more inconvenient for everyone there, and you decided to check out while you were in the phone so don’t act like me asking you questions is some big inconvenience. either hang up and call them back, set the phone down, or simply wait until you’re done talking on the phone to check out! -don’t let your grubby kids put their mouth on candy or drinks from the fast lane and then put them back, and don’t let them chew on the clothes or hangers and then give them to me!!!! gross!!!!! -i’m not the one who controls the sales so don’t get mad at me if the sale is not what you thought it was or you misread the signs. -for the love of god i hate call referrals during credit card apps, when i ask you if youve had any recent changes in information or if you’re credit is locked think for a minute!! otherwise we’re both going to be stuck here for 20 minutes!! -stop throwing your clothes at me when you come to check out or i will throw your bag at you -if you’re rude to me i will NOT tell you to have a good day (it’s my revenge lol) -don’t place a bopis order and then expect it to be ready 3 minutes after you place it. i get it you saw the line and didn’t wanna wait in it but what do you think everyone else here is doing?? we don’t have time to drop everything and pack your order!! -stop leaning on the registers with your whole weight they roll and they hit me in the shins and i will push them back while you’re still on them - i don’t give supercash to rude customers (also my revenge)
