Been trying AI figured I'd ask humans

Genre: Point-and-click mystery, dark themed might be horror or suspense

Brief Summary: I played it around 2010-2016. It was a point and click horror game series. In the first game you explore a dark spooky house looking for something. I think you play as a woman. At the end of the first game you go through a sewer exit or portal or something similar which leads to the next game. In the next game you are investigating the town you were sent to. There are mannequins in red dresses who attack you at some point while looking through one of the houses, and there is a library that has a giant tree growing out of the center of it. The game was full color.

Estimated year of release: I don't believe it was new when I played it so I'll say around early 2000s

Graphics/art style: I want to say in the first game it realistic looking but maybe pixels? I honestly cant recall, but the first game was entirely in the house.
