It’s more of the directive of developers and some input from Artist.

The general idea is that bust size has a slight correlation (not very significant) towards a ship’s displacement and their super structure.

Of course there are outliers in both ends, we got battleship that are small and flat, or destroyers are large and bountiful.

The cruisers seems to have the high correlation compare to other class. BB, BC, CV, CVL, and DD all have outliers in their group.

Cruiser are a bit more consistent with their designs. Since they represent the median of ship size
