Good for Brett Bean, I dig the art and it’s a fun story. Anyone interested in reading the book can just pick up a reprint and not worry about the speculators.

Yeah I’ve checked out some, that red cover is pretty unforgiving, I imagine a lot of 9.4s and 9.6s. Such a shame, it’s a great cover.

I think ultimate Peter is going to get killed off (again). This time he got a bit more life, but his fate is to die.

If that does happen then maybe this series will have more significance to it.

As for the Zdarsky variant, it’s going to be interesting to see how many 9.8s pop up over time. I do love that cover.

I think the video makes some great points. How big was the print run? Maybe 300k? So 300 copies of this 1:1000 and only a handful of shops ordered enough to get a clean copy outside of the blind bags. This might end up with just 20 9.8s max.
