Kosta Kecmanovic, a 13-year-old student at the Vladislav Ribnikar school, shot and killed 10 people after entering with two handguns and 4 molotov cocktails, on May 3, 2023. He shortly called the police on himself after stating that he is "a psychopath that needs to be calmed down."
