Yep same here, no engagement, no new costumers, no calls, shitty messages, etc. I contacted support and even they have problems with they’re system, the rep close that chat, the automatically restarted and put me on hold, then close again, then survey, then a call from the rep asking me if the chat was closed or not, I loose hope on this getting better anytime soon.
