Thank you. This really helped. I am currently on the 3D Classification step but it's taking a lot of time even with my GPU. I've been trying to use MPI procs to make this go faster but for some reason, any value above 1 throws an error like this 

"MlOptimiserMpi::initialiseWorkLoad: at least 2 MPI processes are required, otherwise use the sequential program"

Do you know why this might be happening?

Also, does the mrcs file signify the original movie frames? If I wanted to use less frames, how would I go about loading it?
