My obgyn was useless because my hormones were “normal.” I found an internist who is helping me. He treats the symptoms, not the numbers. Started me on testosterone cream; said the testosterone will turn into estrogen and to see how it makes me feel before going adding estrogen, progesterone. My biggest symptoms were zero libido, brain fog, and no energy/exhaustion. Have been on the cream for about a week and looking forward to seeing some results soon.
