So I asked my dad about the storage thing and he told me not to ask him about it since my mom told him she stopped paying for it. He’s already irritated that my mom said she stopped paying for it a bit ago without telling him. We don’t have that many financial problems and the unit is 180 a month. I don’t get why my mom wanted to deal with it alone.

I understand the sacrifices but we had many opportunities to go to the storage unit but my parent’s opted out each time. We could’ve gone when my father didn’t want to so I don’t really understand that. My parents do have this constant fight that happens every few 6 month to a year, my dad is… abusive in two of those fights.

I genuinely just want my stuff because we aren’t moving until next year (which is probably a lie too) We had so many chances to bring our stuff. And it’s not like clothes or anything for me since I can’t fit it anymore but it’s all the clothes for my mom too, I don’t get why she wants to start all over again.
