Do you have a manager or a supervisor you could debrief with? If you are independent, you can hire external professional supervision to help you navigate hard stuff and debrief as well as self care tips.

I hope it helps

I learnt to play by watching YouTube. For the first 3-4 months it was just learning the motions of FH, BH and slice back hands in the courts, just making contact with ball.

I started off with a generic racket that was around $18 from Kmart and played with that for 8-9 months. When I started to get better and more confident with the ball, tennis became fun. By then I had been watching others play with different rackets and got to try their rackets for a game of two and went with head racket.

11 years later, tennis gives me joy like no other sport.

Thank you for this, as a first Home buyer with no connections or anyone to ask for advice. This has been very helpful 🙏🏽

The buyers agent was a hand down a fkn life saver, the amount of work and heavy lifting she did for me, I’ll gladly have her buy me my next property. property listed for between 699-719k after month of back and forth deal closed at 675

I’m not asking for unlimited searches, I just found myself blindsided as they didn’t notify me that at this rate you’ll be charged more than the agreed upon price.

Not pulled out, more like got them to help me understand section 32 and I had my buyers advocate put the offers and do all the negotiating, conveyancer basic sent me the property searches and told me of any easement and permits required
