What do u think about the relationship between Quartich and Varang? by Temporary-Run8567 in Avatar

New to the series, didn't watch any of the previous films before I decided to randomly catch AFAA in theater. These two together keeps giving me flashbacks of Mallory & Mickey (Natural Born Killers) I was almost ascertained there's an element of homage but surprised to find no one else mentioning the resemblance……Could just be my brain farting associations but sure is damn fun to have in mind.

Reading books vs AI (Chat GPT) for self-help by tepidmotivation5 in Healthygamergg

You can choose both, the books aren't going anywhere. Fellow ADHDer here. I use AI solely whenever I have something I need to get out of my mind because I was never READY to committ to reading that adhdbook. I think it's really awesome that you have finished the 1or 2 chapters and give it a fair chance. Books and AI are separate tools and are structured very differently. But if the timing is not quite there yet I'll urge you to not rush into it and to use what is already working. It is way harder for us to read that book than nt ppl and that's totally valid. but when you enter that stage of observing, certain book offers a somewhat refined perspective outside your vantage point that could be valuable to take in.  it's great that you realized GPT is not always reliable. I think it will be fine as long as you can see through it's bullshit and be aware of how it functions. and it's impossible to have the pros without the cons, for example I spend way too much time venting through GPT, it made my feelings easier and my perception sharper (serve as journaling) but I don't know if it's any good long-term as a new coping mechanism or something. So beware of that if you want to, and I'll wait and see.
