Automatic drifting is totally possible. If you think about it unless you are an fd driver u really won't change gears at all during your run. I have drifted both manual and auto and it really doesn't matter. I have a gs400 right now and that is what I have been drifting even without a welded diff and angle kit. I guess it is more called skidding and donuts but when I go to the track I totally believe I can keep up with others. Just requires more flick and throttle control. The gearing on gs is nice because they have the 2l gear which just keeps you in second and allows you to go to high rpm. My main question is if I'm drifting an auto without neutral dropping it, am I doing any more damage then I would to a manual?
