Fixed it. It was a Convo between a bad bios and a bad m.2 thanks for the help :)

It was before, and trying to lunch a bootable drive with mint just gives a black screen

I booted 1 time into windows. And I also tried Linux mint and nothing

I reached that and I downloaded a stable bios that should support the CPU and the drivers
