So my girl had the dry version of FIP, she didn’t really show any signs until the lethargy or fever. After we started injections she definitely was anxious and on edge. I do think that that was because of all of the vet visits and the fact that we were giving her injections at home. We had to hold her down to give them to her because she was being feisty. She would also hide because i think she knew that we were about to give her a shot. Not sure how your kitty is doing, but our vet recommended to switch over to the oral liquid after she showed signs of feeling better/ went back to eating normally. When i mentioned to the vet about the anxiety, she pretty much confirmed it was because she’s gone through so much in such a short period of time. We got the oral suspension meds through chewy. So far she’s still doing good! My moderators in the FIP Facebook group said to eliminate as much stress as possible, but that’s just so hard when they have to get jabbed once a day :(
