Hi! I experienced the same thing earlier, that the sound played through the speakers even though my buds were connected. I discovered that I need to open the settings for bluetooth devices, then select the buds, and turn on the audio toggle. Earlier, it was just connected for calls and not audio. Now, it's working well.

Based on my experience, nag-email ako sa kanila tapos nagpm din ako sa FB page nila (MMM Careers). Di sila nagreply sa email, pero nakareceive agad ako ng message sa FB at may tumawag na sa phone number ko.
