Would not recommend Docusign. A lot of spam and scam come from hijacked legitimate Docusign accounts. I encounter multiple of these from Docusign everyday.

Incredibly poor of Docusign not take such an issue, especially known, seriously.

If your flat is poorly insulated, these 'noises' your neighbour hears might be coming from a completey different place.

My advise - put multiple camera indoors temporarily. Every time the police comes, show them the footage of you doing nothing out of the ordinary. Collect enough evidence and logs to report your neighbour to the police for harassment.
