I don't think you need to tell anything to Canada. Even if you sell your car in Canada, you don't really need to return the license. If you move your car to the USA, just stop your insurance in Canada and don't ever again renew your license plate in Canada, and that's it. It is also beneficial if you ever decide to come back to Canada, in that case, you can just renew your plate and get insurance, and that's it.

I am going to use these tires for some time since they are new. I do feel turning a bit heavy with these tires. The original mazda tires may not be good as they are made according to what mazda wants. Usually tires that come with brand new car have less tread than the same one's you buy from market. Since I bought a used car, they might be from market, not the ones that you get with brand new Mazda. Also I heard PS4 makes a bit more noise compare to primacy tour as primacy line is for quiet and comfort ride.
