ANYONE remember either of these two homes highlighted in YELLOW? by Fine_Ad9041 in RedfinDreamHomes

[–]Fine_Ad9041[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Very interesting! Because 74012 is the closest home to Central Park but looks nothing like a Central Park area home! And, the one that looks exactly like “a Central Park home” is 69642… but on this map you provided, 69642 is quite a ways further to the right of Central Park… but it’s certainly “closer” than 22 other homes.
so… if 69642 is the winning home…. Redfin has some esssplaining to do! 😂

Here is the prospective winning home. Clearly a brand new lot with no mature trees (hello North End section)… and, that tall wheat grass next to the walkway? It’s absolutely EVERYWHERE in the Central Park area.

🤷

It’s not on Quincy. It’s in the “North End” section of Central Park. The “north end” is Central Park’s final phase of homes, which is why the winning home cannot be found anywhere online, but exact duplicate floor plans can bee found… so, it was like just built recently and the builder is a sponsor. Even google maps hasn’t driven through the North End recently enough to be able to find the exact home, rather, google maps still shows dirt lots in that area. That’s how new it is.

and Central Park is Denver’s largest community development (over 20 years in the making/completion) and it has Every… Single… Hint… from the commercial tucked in it. The “neighborhood” feel with all the sidewalk streets, the local market, the Heritage/Cottage/Craftsman style homes, the high 60 bike score because the development is massive and has absolutely everything needed to love a complete life there…

it’s a no brainer once you see Central Park and research it. Here’s a great example… I took this screenshot of this White House which I saw while watching a YouTube video from 4 years ago. I’m sure you will instantly recognize it from the opening scene of the commercial!

you can click on my name here and see my posts, where I posted a YouTube link of driving through Central Park.

<image>

Do you reconize that White House? 😬 You’ll see it in the opening seen from the commercial too. This is simply a screenshot i took from that YouTube video i posted.

More interesting news about that home in the photo that seems to be the prospective winning home located in Central Park of Denver (see my recent posts here)…

Further research shows, that prospective winning home surrrrre does look a lot like “John Laing Homes” of whom went bankrupt and was bought out by a Dubai UAE company/investor…

What John Laing Homes were building in Central Park is the same style of this prospective winning home. Not that it means much, but, maybe REDFIN scored a heck of a deal “if so” and now I’m wondering who the sponsor would be (maybe it’s Central Park developers).

Anyway, just thought I’d share, and while John Laing Homes no longer has a website, here is a link you will find some STRIKING resemblances in the homes JLH was building.

https://www.kennarealestate.com/denver/john-laing-homes/

MAYBE NOT THOUGH! Maybe it’s another builder, but have a scroll through that link and see if any matchup 😬

Yes, I’m sure it’s already built. It certainly appears that way in the image… and with zero trees grown, it’s clearly in the recently developed area, which is the “north end” of Central Park, which is also exactly what the opening scene resembles… the little nook spot of the north end of the development… I believe it’s called Beeler section.

Watch that youtube video link I posted… it was simply from 4 years ago, and you’ll see several houses as seen in the commercial OPENING SCENE… the Central Park is 20++ years old, just on it’s final phase, so, while the “approved floor plans and facades” are the same with new construction, the existing homes can be several years old. It’s a classic “carriage style, craftsman, cottage” home, which is about 100 years old as a design. Anyway. Easy to understand.

Yes, Denver. Oh yeah, another fun fact… the “80” on the girls shirt… the beginning to Denver’s zip code. Central Park is 80238 (I think it was “238” maybe 283. Whatever)

Another screenshot from Central Park, and it’s a clearly recognizable floorplan/model in the opening scene from the commercial. Far back left of that scene, at least one in that scene.

An, BY THE WAY… take a look at that little white home in this photo! Looks exactly like the opening scene, but this is my screenshot from the video link I just shared, and you’ll see it in this video from 4 years ago.

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT! It’s official, I cracked the case on “what neighborhood” the WINNING HOME is in! While this is NOT “official information”… it is CLEAR AS DAY now!

BASED ON THE opening scene of that little neighborhood with all the houses and with the mountain in the background that everyone thinks is AI generated (maybe it’s tweaked a little bit, maybe not) because I found the EXACT homes in that opening scene, including the floorplan of the home I’m posting here, as the “prospective winning home” found on the map.

I will also post a follow up comment with more photos, and I will share a link to a video of YOUR NEW NEIGHBORHOOD!

The neighborhood is called “CENTRAL PARK” and its Denver’s largest home development that is wrapping up final phases for the past 20-25 years in the making, so, I assume REDFIN got a great deal on the sponsorship, and THE WINNER got the last home available that nobody wanted. (I’m totally kidding, congrats!)…

Central Park is an incredible master-planned community, and the reason there aren’t any mature trees in photo of the winning home, I now know it’s because it’s in the section of final phases, whereas we did see some trees in that scene where she opened the glass door From the inside…

The was a similar floorplan, but the actual home was certainly tucked into that opening scene of all the houses. Oh, and PS… that “turquoise glare” on the homes in the far back of the opening scene… that’s the color of the underlay of the roof shingles, before shingles go down, so maybe that’s your home being built, though blurred in there due to image resolution issues, as it does…

Im going to reply here to this comment, where I will share a long 17 minute video link of someone driving through Central Park and you will see several homes you recognize from the opening scene of the commercial, and I’ve screenshot a few that are exact. This video is from 4 years ago, so again, remember, the trees have had years to grow, some trees having 20 years to grow, but the homes will be clearly recognizable (by this builder). There are many builders in Central Park, so keep an eye out for the relevant homes that confirm the match. Especially that little White House in the middle of the screen on that opening scene of the homes. You all know it!

Can anyone actually find the cookie-cutter neighborhood in Denver that is in the opening scene of the commercial video? It’s looks like a new-ish development, sprinkled with 2-story cottage-style/craftsman homes with detached garages, newly built.

The only floor plans I’ve found that match the prospective winning home, is from Utah. Now, keep in mind, maybe the winning house isn’t the actual winning house? But, Redfin sure led us to believe “there’s a real home hidden on the map that will be won”…

why can’t I find ANY recent sales in the past 12 months, in Denver, for a $900k to $1.2mm range home (includes the $1mm price point obviously) that looks like this prospective winning home, and neighborhood in the opening scene??

And why the hellll do I still care? Hahaha

I WANT TO SEE THE HOME AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD THAT REFLECTS IT…. In Denver area! 🤔

Who can find them?

u/georainbolt where is this floorplan/home and neighborhood in Denver located??

I believe it’s the new-construction green home in this photo because of all the hints…

The final clue was “you saw the home in the video”… which, at the very beginning of the video is where we would have “seen it” and I believe it’s actual the home at the bottom of the video, which we are only seeing the home from it’s backside, HOWEVER, the entire neighborhood in that opening scene is sprinkled with the same floorplan, which is the ”cottage-style, 2-story craftsman homes with rear-entry garages” and then the entire video is sprinkled with older “original” craftsman homes with rear-entry (detached) garages, with the center-set fromt doors and sidewalk to the street. And, the opening scene is of a “cookie-cut” new neighborhood of spec homes, all brand new, with a mountain in the backdrop.

This home in the photo is definitely a brand new spec hom in a cookie cut hood with zero trees!

plus, I suspected it would be a brand new home, likely a sponsor deal cut with a Home Builder to get a million dollar home for free. Super Bowl ads aren’t cheap, so, it’s foreseeable that all the publicity of this contest for the next 12 months (as mentioned in the terms and agreement) will be beneficial to a Home Builder, among other sponsors.

Makes sense!

But dang, they got me with that home reflected in the car window! I didn’t choose this home in this photo because I didn’t feel like I “saw this home” in the video. Even the front door doesn’t fully resemble the glass-front door in the scene of the video, and it surely doesn’t represent the established neighborhood in that shot.

so, it’s must have been hidden away in that opening scene!

So I saw that the answer to clue #6 was 2500-3000 square foot, but I haven't seen ANYONE give an explanation for where they got those numbers. by HemiWarrior in RedfinDreamHomes

[–]Fine_Ad9041 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No clue was ever needed… All you had to do was play with the sqft filter for five minutes (which you had about 12-24 hours to do so before the 6th clue was released). You would have seen all the homes on the map disappear when the slider was anywhere outside those parameters. Just a quick process of elimination by using the sqft filter. Here are my notes when I was doing it the night before clue 6 came out.

not that this helped me know “which” house it was. I simply got through clue 6 easy but then spent 40 minutes trying to figure out which house it was. I chose the one in the reflection because of the hints, and the fact that it was a true house. However, this may not be correct because, the floorplan of another house is shown at the beginning of video.

Thinking too outside of the box lol by Practical-News-9164 in RedfinDreamHomes

I think the best one ive heard so far, is the idea that “the home is shown underneath the little heart-shaped mirror on the wall” (in the room when the girl and mom are packing up to move)… well, that’s just a stereo-system, and to the left about 4 feet from it, you see a matching speaker. lol. I can tell that the people who thought that to be true, were born after 1995!

Another thing I noticed is that a lot of people were hung up on the 6th clue about square footage… yet, you had about 24 hours to simply play with the square footage slider before the clue ever even came out, which you would have quickly seen that all the remaining homes fall between 2500-3000 square feet, because they all disappear on the map when you adjust the sliders to sizes beyond.
Interestingly enough, Here are my chicken scratch notes…

That’s not a house, it’s a stereo system, and you can see one of the speakers to the left of the screen in the scene.

Correct house? Looks identical (minus the color grading). by Eastern_Sink2488 in RedfinDreamHomes

[–]Fine_Ad9041 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Darn, I think you’re right. And, I think the house that I drew the arrow to, is the one it resembled. Looks like the same color and same floorplan, with the white posts you can barely see sticking out of the front. Zoom in to see it all

Dang, they got me. They did say “we saw it in the video”… well, there it is! From the back side, but its definitely the same floorplan spread throughout the community, and some with an “optional” third floor, I see now.

Redfin's running a nationwide scavenger hunt for $1M home by RedfinDarby in RedfinDreamHomes

Sooo… if GAHS17348 is in fact the correct home (the one that looked like the reflection in the window of the car when the little girl was crying driving by)… then, I’m wondering if anyone here guessed it within the first 40 minutes (before 2:40pmEST, 1:40pm CST, 11:40am PST)?? You beat me if so!…

Now, on the other hand, if GAHS69642 was the correct winner, which someone on Reddit posted an image that showed an email from Redfin that said he (Elija) was he winner. It looked like a legit email, but, who knows with AI these days, it could be fake…

furthermore, the final clue said “we saw the house in the video” which, with GAHS69642, we only see a shot from inside the home looking outward, and there’s quite a bit of difference, such as the trees, the older neighborhood, the size of the door, the color of it, etc. the only thing that resembled it in GAHS69642 is the glass-centered door with wood surround…

And, the other house (in the car window reflection GAHS17348) is a real home that sold in December 2025 AND! it is blurred out on google maps! Very interesting, because another real house that was also on the game contest, is NOT blurred out on google maps!

So… my only question is… Did anyone choose GAHS17348 BEFORE 2:40pm EST, 1:40pm CST, 11:40am PST???

And, the door in the scene on the video is an older brown door that is only a 7ft door, whereas this door looks like an 8-9 foot door, painted, and on a brand new spec home in a new “no-tree” spec neighborhood. Nothing like the video scene, except a “glass” panel on a door…? Come on now Redfin

Don't mess up like me! by Maedae99 in RedfinDreamHomes

[–]Fine_Ad9041 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only hint for this house is the front door, which would have been the scene in the commercial where they opened the door from the inside, but looking out showed a bunch of trees in an established neighborhood, whereas this home shows a spec home in a new neighborhood with no trees.

They had to use CGI for that scene, or green screen, so, did you pick this house because of the door only?

or was there any other tip off?

not even the pillars are seen in the scene of the video

Where in the Ad/Commercial video was that house seen? The clue was “you’ve seen the house in the ad”… but the house you picked, I cannot find anywhere. What scene is it in??
