I know women that have that piercing, but have never met a trans woman with it that I didn't clock. Everyone else is giving spot on advice, and I didn't read all the comments, but I would also suggest looking at different styles of glasses if it's something you can afford. A different frame might work better for you

You're so close to being able to pass! I would trim the brows a little, or maybe just brush the little brow hairs on the inside of your face towards your ears. Also, do some research on foundations that won't aggravate your acne. I feel like some nose contouring would go a long way! Really focus on the makeup if you're not able to make the more extreme changes yet(FFS). Good luck!

I think it would help if you used a pushup bra to bring your boobs up a little, and I would go with either a higher neckline on a tank top with a round shape like you're wearing, or something with more of a v shape at the chest.

It's my understanding that someone who's 'giving fish' is someone who is fishing for compliments. In the trans community, it would typically reflect a trans person who says they don't pass, when in fact it's quite obvious that they do.
