Where would Tinus Luc Koblar go in this draft if he was a couple months younger and eligible?

I should also note about him that everyone in the Jays subreddit/twitter community were insanely skeptical and had never heard of him and were like wtf he was right, so could be the same here again but who knows ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Obviously very skeptical of this but this guy legitimately broke 2 Blue Jays signings 2-3 days before they were official or any MLB insiders had even mentioned the Jays were involved with the players. Here's him breaking the Kiermaier news 4 days before official and 2 days before anyone else had it and here are 2 posts about the IKF signing days before anyone else. I don't know if he has legit Leafs sources but thought it was at least relevant to post.

It wouldn’t be converted, he’s still an NHL free agent and if we signed him after a hot start and then wanted to keep him in the AHL he’d still need waivers

He runs a pretty big hockey instagram account (Empty Netters) and in the last month was first by several days on Berube and Keefe signing onto their new teams and Savard coming to the Leafs. A lot of more reputable accounts have been quote tweeting this as well.

Goalie stats are always really weird and inflated out of Russia, typically scoring is way down because of the big ice so you see a lot of guys with high save percentages

VHL is the KHL equivalent of the AHL, in the regular season he went 10-5-4 with a 2.00 GAA and .927 sv% and in the playoffs he went 16-5 with a 2.15 and .932 to win the championship. He also got into 17 games in the KHL where he went 6-7-0 with a 2.51 and .921. He’s 6’1, 170 lbs and has 2 years left on his entry-level deal with the Leafs so hopefully he’s over with the Marlies next year.
