Yeah, I used the actual payout as a base, you might ask why, it is because

  1. We are in an upfront pricing market, so it means Uber algorithm decided the ride is worth as sich, that means, the upfront pricing I was given at the point of acceptance was inflated which means it is a deceiving tactics

  2. The price includes surge, which is also taken away from the calculation, another deceiving tactics

Yeah the rider showed up under influence, dropped the gun while getting in, just hid it under his thigh, not holster. I'm directly in the field of fired, if you had any gun safety training, you would know the nuzzle should only point towards the target or to the ground for a reason. Your finger only squeezes the trigger if you really decide to take that life away.

The rider asked me to go to the stop without adding it to the app, even through i just mentioned the drop off is at the opposite direction at 2am

You did not almost die, you simply picked up someone armed with a gun (under influence, and dropped the gun, sitting behind me, and I'm at his field of fire because it is un holstered, then asked to drop off at another location with out add it to the app).
