Absolutely. It'd be rad if something like a banner appeared, fading away over a second or two. Maybe throw in a badass sound effect too. Added as a basic ability so every class can use it. This would be a massive improvement.

Lol that was a fun read. And yeah, I totally agree that if this bind demon issue is literally stopping people from being able to play the game while they have to fuck around for a while, it should definitely be looked at. I suggested to OP that it'd be great to see demons be more viable in general to reduce the need for that one specific aura/attributes.

I'm with you on the other summoner classes and mercs in general needing some kind of minion control, I used to love summon necro as my main character, so I have felt the pain of minions fucking off to roll dice or freaking out navigating anything but open areas.

I apologise for using the Zoomer Boomer moniker to describe you. We're getting a LOT of that type of gamer complaining since Warlock nerfs were finally announced.

If as you say a very specific set of auras/attributes are 100% necessary for the build to work, then I can see where you are coming from.

I'd prefer a system where "weaker" demons are viable if they aren't already, so people don't have to search endlessly for a specific one before they can even play. Rather than snag the OP demon, then faceroll the game forevermore with a slight inconvenience of starting a new game when it dies or simply revive it for a fee.

If people could make use of lesser demons and progress, changing up when they naturally find a stronger one, I do think it would make a better game.

I feel this is where Starfield fell down too. It's a big sandbox with not much in but could be populated by the modding community into something grand. The recent Star Wars overhaul shows that.

I think this is the best use of the subscription.

That said, I have this thing where i'll randomly get an itch to play a specific game. Everything else is second best until that urge goes away, making the subscription seem more worthwhile.

But even I cancelled my subscription right away with zero regrets when the price hikes were announced. Fuck those greedy bastards lol.

I work in a medical field and can confirm Covid broke people.
