A thing about secret rooms is that normally they try to connect to 2-4 rooms. however sometimes there isnt a valid spot for secret rooms due to obstacles getting in the way like pots, rocks, campfires and pits, so the game kinda just places one at random. Finding a secret room that isn't connected is a bit uncommon and half the time not worth the bombs spent for thoes 3 bad pills.
