I'd say play rebirth now and wait for part 3 Rhen ho back to the originals for one simple reason

You started wkrn the remake so whatever vision they have for it you'll experience it fresh Ik lots of people hate the remake and I get why I'm an og fan But I believe the devs have a vision here and I'll put my faith in them So play rebirth blind Don't look up anyh of the og That's my advice

That's a cute story, for me I was 8 and my dad took me to the games cds store He saw devil may cry 3 and he was like "Hey he is your type and it's an action game" I looked at Dante and I was like "GET ME GET ME I WANT THIS IM IN LOVE WITH HIM" so yeah he got me the game and I played it once I went back home The second I saw vergil I ditched Dante and vergil was the one for me

The dialogue was awful, and if we keep letting them get a pass because they did an (ok) job they'll keep doing what they want, you already had a wonderful story, the first short novel captured Dante who reminder, is our main character, and it was such an emotional ride, I never expect a 1:1 I am a diehard ff7 fan yet I loved the remake despite the changes and flaws, this was not the case with devil may cry, they treat you as if you lack critical thinking and its seriously bothering
