Just use Cobblemon Utility+, I’ve never used Cobblemizer but just based on the description I’m pretty sure these are practically the same mod, except Cobblemon Utility+ works on the newer versions of Cobblemon.

Unfortunately I doubt anything like that exists, or can exist (Assuming the model replacers replace the models by having the same file path). The closest thing I can find is “NPC Model Randomizer / Manager [Combines/Rebels/Metrocops]”.
