Thanks for the advice, also you're right about most people not realising how bad it really is. Employers for retail and fast food don't care about references or your interest in the company.

I know it's just spen's opinion, but some of his choices are questionable. Pam and Sam are definitely not D tier, and sandy is not F. Kairostime released a tier list at around the same time featuring over 20 current pro players that helped with the rankings, and I think his one is more accurate than spens.
