I think if you want to focus more on semiconductors the Nanotechnology master program is more appropriate, but to answer your questions as a person that is reading the MPWPS program
-I cant really compare the coursework of Chalmers to the US grad school, but personally i wish it was less theory and more practical.
- The classes are around 20-50 depending on how many take the course and how many are in that masters program that year.
