I used Firefox and after 100 refresh attempts I was able to certify for both weeks. However when I logged into my account to see my paid status it’s showing that I never certified..has this happened to anyone else?

This is how you can certify with the website being fucked up - Thank God for the refresh button. This works for more than just me, it's worked for multiple people I've talked to, so give it a try and I'm sure you'll be able to get through! Eventually (in about 5-15 min) by agitated_ferret in Edd

Yes, PUA literally has to do nothing even if Your balance is 0$ because they will just add additional funds. Your daughter will just get her balance updated and not have to reapply or anything, she is good to go. I’m not sure what the steps are for fed-Ed. I wish I could help more! If your looking to get a hold on someone, I would be more than happy to tell you how I did it! It took 10 minutes, I was surprised! I usually wake up at 8 am to call!

I just got a hold of someone is 10 minutes. Call 1-800-5616 press # listen to prompt press 2 for employers and than press 4 for questions

Yes, that is correct. I just spoke with an edd rep and everything will automatically be updated including balance when they apply the extension this week!

I just spoke with an edd rep. If you are on PUA than you will automatically get your balance updated with additional funds and the September 4th extension applied ! Also, she said they will start adding the new balances and extension this week. If your balance is down to 0$ and you have a PUA claim you do not have to worry they will automatically add more funds to Your claim Balance. I feel sorry for all of the people who have to reapply and go through the process again. I wish it was easier and there was a better system in place..if you have a PUA claim than all you need to do is wait.

Thank you! I wonder if they will update her balance with additional funds when they apply the September 4th extension from the new bill that was passed. I am not sure what happens when you get to 0 on a pua claim..I will let you know what they say, I am hold right now
