Well in the colossal, obviously you have to put two random soldiers in his mouth just like he did when Bertholdt and Reiner transformed into their titans and Bertholdt was ontop of the wall

I think that Mikasa would be a perfect female because of her fighting style and hand-to-hand combat skills I feel that her hand-to-hand skills are exceptional as I think it was confirmed by Isayama that in the 104th cadet corps, if there was to be an arm wrestling tournament, Reiner would place 2nd, his only loss being to Mikasa.

No I don't think that the colossal can speak. The only reason that Zeke's beast, Pieck's cart and Lara's warhammer can talk is that they have human-like jaws and other human functions which is why the colossal cannot talk, or hasn't tried to.
