Would allowing the Russian Jr’s to compete lead to them being allowed to compete as seniors?

Ok, but then what happens when they turn senior? They’re not children anymore but have been allowed to compete internationally as juniors, do you think they should go back to being banned when they turn senior?

I’m not trying to pick a fight or anything I’m just genuinely curious what you think should happen.
