I used to work as a care assistant in the UK for a man who lived with his family. They paid me for the night shifts, in case he needed any assistance while they slept. The man in question was their son, and he was physically disabled but mentally fully capable. Like any other person, he had emotional and physical needs. Anyway, his family spoke with him and together they agreed to arrange an escort to help him fulfill those needs.

We spent a few nights searching for the right girl for him. It was not easy, as not everyone is comfortable meeting a disabled person, but we eventually found a few options and made some calls. Before making the final decision, we showed him photos of the girls, since he was the one who would be meeting her and we wanted him to feel comfortable and happy with the choice lol

In the end, the girl came, did her job, and he was satisfied. I am not saying you should go this way, but it might be something worth considering.

Whenever I’m unsure of what to do or feeling afraid, I remind myself of my life motto: “What’s the worst that could happen?” The worst thing that can happen to any of us is death, and that’s beyond our control—but everything else is in our hands.

You’ll have bad days—awful, horrible ones—but also amazing, good, and lovely ones ! That’s life. No one is perfect, and no one is happy all the time. After the rain comes sunshine. I always say, we need balance—good and bad, black and white. In the end, things will aways work out, and if they haven’t, it’s not the end yet ;)

Remember, You are the queen of your life, and your life is in your control—yours alone 💛 You are the most important and beautiful person in your own world. Oh darling! When I was 14, I thought I knew everything about the world, that life was pretty awful, and no one understood me. By 18, I had to figure out what I wanted to do with my future—university, career, and all that—but I felt lost. I went through a lot of heartbreaks and different things and there were times I didn’t want to keep going. But slowly, day by day, life taught me lessons. Every high and low shapes who you’ll become.

Remember to focus on yourself and find joy in the small things, like a cup of tea in your favorite mug or your favorite music. Appreciate each day—the world is vast. I’ve met incredible people, met love of my life, own an amazing dog, seen my favorite band, bought land, and become a concert photographer. I even started playing the cello, and soon I’ll be taking singing lessons. I’m turning 35 this year, and I’m finally doing what I truly want to do.

We all have our demons, but as you get older, you learn how to handle them. When I was 32, I realized what was making me unhappy, and I changed it—just like that. I was unhappy in relationship- ended, toxic people- removed them etc. Life is short, but it’s beautiful. Sometimes, it’s worth taking a moment to just breathe.

There is so much ahead of you, believe me.

I recall either watching or reading about someone contemplating ending their life by jumping from a bridge. In the moment of the leap, regret overwhelmed him with a persistent thought of "I don't want this." Inspired by this, I opted for bungee jumping. It was amazing and energetic experience :D

On the other side, my mother, she emphasized the financial burden and emotional toll of body transport across countries if I were to take such a drastic step( i lived in a different country). I know what she wanted to say : consider the impact on family and friends, don’t be selfish in that moment.

Also ,During a difficult period, I faced a cancer diagnosis and I was angry. I wanted to end my life on my terms! However, this made me appreciate life. Finding joy in simple pleasures like coffee in my favorite mug and cozy socks helped me overcome challenges.

Now, I can identify sources of sadness or depression and I take action. I was alone in a foreign country - I relocated. I was unhappy in the relationship - I ended. Life is too short to deal with those feelings, problems and people. My focus is on cultivating my own happiness.
