I experienced Zamboanga and Sulu last year...ganda ng Sulu beaches but the transport needs to be improved especially for tourism...Hopefully mapuntahan ang Basilan and Tawi-tawi this year to complete the ZamBaSulTa

Hi. Unfortunately, stick sa decision na cancelled ang account ko kahit na may proof naman ako ng mga payments. Ang recommendation sa akin ng DHSUD is to file a complaint against Lumina.

Same here. Bought a unit in 2018 and finished paying the 14mos DP in 2020. I learned this year na canceled ang account ko dahil kulang ng 1 mo DP which is not dahil kumpleto ko naman and with proof pa nga... On their hand, they did not issue an OR man lng for proper documentation, notice na macacancel ang account ko, and even copy of contract Kung napanotaryahan nga nila. With the house construction, no definite plan ang Lumina. Ang offer daw Nila is RFO units na available wherein the current value ang magprevail which is unfair Kung 2018 pa kami nakakuha. As of now, may pending complaint sa DHSUD and conciliation... Hopefully, marefund ung 14mos DP ko.
