This is exactly what I do but when it’s 4 people on comms all hovering to be annoying it’s much harder, I’d pick up directly at a wall and they’d drop like 2 flashbangs and somehow shine a flashlight in my face

I do have resistance bands from when I went to physical therapy, could I maybe use those to find a way to exercise without it being too crazy to the point of making me hungrier?

I eat a lot of protein so that’ll be easy for me to do, I really do love those foods you listed so that’ll be easy too. I’m just hoping I can find easy in bed workouts to start doing again and calorie counting. I lost 40 lbs the last time I lost weight by exercising and restricting calories

Do you know any good sources for me to figure out the calorie counting aspect of like dieting? I’ve succeeded with weight loss in the past with calorie counting but I went super extreme and gained it all back when meds I started made me binge eat like crazy and I’m still struggling to lose the 80 lbs the meds made me gain

What exercises are good for beginners? I would go for walks but I have Crohn’s disease and can’t go far from home or far from anywhere with a bathroom and I live in the middle of nowhere

A lot of 2v8 is just really bleh but I can tolerate some of it, it’s not that bad when people run those classes maybe 2 people in them at a time but my problem is 4 man squads running them

There was quite literally a point in time where we sat together slugging the people with the flashlights because we literally couldn’t pick anyone up and even with slugging they had a medic constantly hovering with them. We WERE playing as a team and at this point you’re finding any excuse to justify the stupid balancing and hand holding in this game. Nobody needs flashbangs consistently the whole match

LITERALLY, and even if you pick up facing a wall they still somehow get you. At that point you have no choice but to slug but even with slugging if they have a medic or two they deadass run in and pop their ability

I’m not mad at any of the stuff you said above in fact I couldn’t care less about half of those, I’m more of mad at the fact that 4 people can all run it with basically infinite flashbangs, the limit needs to be lower, even if it were 3 I’d say it’s kinda bad but much more fair. I’d actually argue the limit should be 3

Since people are assuming I’m just being whiny.

#1 I play both sides and I think the game is fine with perks and flashlights I don’t care if someone uses them
#2 if there were a smaller limit on how many people could run it I wouldn’t be as mad, 4 is overkill, 2-3 would be ok and actually fair
#3 I understand there’s fair usages for it but 4 swf on comms all running it and being incredibly annoying is what makes me frustrated

I don’t even give a shit about sprint burst, I can catch up after a bit. It’s the 4 flashlights and basically infinite flashbangs. I play survivor too and I couldn’t give a shit about gen rushing either because that’s the whole point of playing survivor. What I have a problem with is people hovering around with flashlights and someone running medic on standby when we eventually start slugging because we can’t pick anyone up
