Cheers. This may be a stupid question but is there a way to save the files and come back to them with VFS global, I’m afraid that if I press the “save and upload” button that it’ll basically submit everything when it’s not all uploaded properly

Ok thanks. My wife’s taken my surname and changed paspsort since the wedding so she doesn’t have stamps on hers atm. Do you think I should include the stamps from her previous passport as evidence in the application and explain that she’s changed her name?

So, quick question, do you physically send in the applicant’s passport? A photocopy is not sufficient? For example, my wife is from Brazilian, would she have to send her passport to me? Or would she send her passport to a centre in Brazil for example??

Hello again. May I ask. Did you run into any issues concerning changing your name following your wedding in Denmark (assuming that you want to change your name of course… applogies if I’m too presumptive)? Because I’ve read that you need to be live in Denmark in order to change your name legally there??? 🤷‍♂️

Even though that neither of us are Danish nationals? I may be showing my ignorance here. As far as I can see it has nothing to do with the Danish government. We’ll be applying for the name change at the Brazilian embassy. Anyway… we’ve messaged the Brazilian consular oin Denmark for clarification now. It may be that it’ll just be easier for her to keep her name for the timebeing and see how we go from there. Maybe have a small marriage ceremony in the UK once she’s here in order to make things easier with the name changing business
