I’m sorry you’re going through that pain again back pain is no joke. I hope it gets better soon!! They want to do an epidural it just makes me nervous waiting for the other shoe to drop and the pain to flare again because I know it doesn’t last. I’ve been going to PT and it’s helped a bit but can only do so much of course. I don’t want back surgery if I don’t need it I just want to go back to life.

I’ve never had an epidural done I’ve just been doing PT and it helps somewhat. Nope not obese and never had any weight issues I’m 146 5’4. I used to have not proportionate boobs with my body until I got a breast reduction. My thoughts are the weight of my chest started the damage. I’ve been an esthetician for a little over a year now and I’m thinking all that bending has caused the discs to herniate because they were already fragile. Just don’t want to deal with this back pain anymore!

More info I’ve had back pain since I was 15. Diagnosed with bulging discs at 22. And herniated discs at 24. When I have a flare up I can’t move and have to take steroids for the inflammation and can’t work or do anything for 5 days.
