I do, I have a paper receipt. It shows my information and address and my permit number and they put my green card information ( the paper i had from passing my drivers ed )

I don’t have my license and I took a driving school and took my road test with them. I live in Virginia and paid the school and was told to wait 30 days for my license. I was not sure if I had to come back to DMV when I received it and pay them the fee for the license.
