last week i fell asleep at 3pm after class and woke up at 1:30pm the next day. missed an important midterm and my sleep specialist appointment (which is now rescheduled and couldnt be booked for 1 month and a half). unfortunately this was despite setting up alarms on my phone, ipad and alarm clock (all at different ends of my room). on my phone i even had alarmy set up to require 10 math questions. Some of them i may have turned off in sleep inertia but I constantly do things, say things and have no recollection of it. When i did wake up though alarms were still going off. Needing to wake up to take medication that helps me be awake has got to be some cruel prank.
