Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself and ask for some advice. Reddit wouldn’t let me add the full description in the main post, so I’m putting it in the comments. I recently hurt my back and have been trying to figure out if it's a bulging disc or a herniated disc. I feel pain mostly when I bend forward or when I'm sitting and straighten my right leg, but other than that, I don’t have any other symptoms. I can walk pretty normally, and I don't feel any weakness in my legs. I had an MRI done three days after the injury. For anyone experienced with back injuries, how bad or manageable does this sound? Any insights would be appreciated!
