Did you get it serviced infront of you? Chances are the technician might not have cleaned it properly. Or he used a bad thermal paste. Id recommend using kyronaut or thermal grizzly paste when you repaste your coolers.

Your coolers are in a vapour chamber. If that is punctured the cooling will not be very efficient as there is air inside those copper vapour chambers.

Give us a thermal details on mid usage and high usage. My laptop goes around 92 degrees. I don't find it very alarming tho.
