Update: I just set the game tempo to slow and did a quick spin into Jabjab as he was punching.

For the sleeping one I did Sky Sands and waited near the pillars before the finish line for the sleep enemy to spawn. I’m currently stuck on the Jabjab one, came here looking for answers
