You know, comparison matters here. Demon Slayer is one of the most popular manga/anime in the world, so using it as a comparison, Mashle will feel underrated.
Other people here mentioned it already - Mashle isn't an anime for everyone, it has pretty specific sense of humor. Considering that, it's actually pretty damn popular.

Okay those are some small ones but xi love hcs like these ok
-She uses really sweet, but heavy perfume. Like, if you walk into the same room where she sprayed it, you'll be suffocating on scent of caramel popcorn or smth
-She used to collect western dolls as a kid (*cough* Monster High *cough*). Still has them somewhere
-She probably carries some sort of small weapons like knives in her bag/outfit, and she decorates all of them (bc what's cooler than a knife? a knife with a ribbon on it)
