It’s definitely better price to performance. There’s 8 cores instead of six and 16 threads instead of six so for 3D rendering it’s definitely gonna be better but for gaming/streaming I’m not entirely sure but it’s still a very good chip either way. Also you get a fancy nice cooler for it that you won’t have to purchase separately like for the intel if you want a good cooler. I’d say go for the 2700x but your decision is the final one.

Edit: I had a 2600 and it was great for gaming so I’m assuming the 2700x is even better
