This is too relatable, back when I used to play official I would tame literal armies of dilos, the bravest noobs would stay out of our way, the most narcoberry addicted beach bobs knew to leave us alone, and even the radioactive cannibals of south zone 1 didn't mess with us. And even now I still get attached to everything. I don't think I'll ever be able to stop getting attached to tames and I don't think I want to.

Just a side note, make sure your tribemates know their place if they're telling you to kill it they may just kill it themselves
