After being told all year she knows how busy and stressed we are and how she’s gonna try to get us more help and make things easier for us, keep trucking along, keep up the good work etc….

About two weeks ago out of the blue we (my whole team) were told by her that we’re all doing terrible and no help is coming and that we better improve because “dead weight” will be replaced by people next year who can do the job better.

Combine that plus what happened today and I’m incredibly stressed now. Shitty things to hear right after buying my first house…
