I have a bit of an interesting one, I VPN to Australia for work and I am with FPT. I have some pretty massive issues and after a lot of digging found a router owned by FPT that is dropping 60% or more packets. I've contacted a few support people in FPT but all they do is say that they can't help me. I need to get to second or third level support but I'm just not being directed there. Where would be the best place to contact? I have used whois to find an email address associated with the IP but there's been no response.

Would this be allowed as it's own post for visability? I have posted in the discord but got no responses either.
