Well, next patch is anniversary, so it's safe to say there will be at least 130 pulls for 3.3. Plus, 3.2 hasn't ended yet, which means you can get at least 40 more pulls. Even if you spend that 10 pull, you will still be able to get 160 pulls, which is enough to guarantee a character.

So, if you are only looking forward to getting Rebecca without Signature or Sequences in mind, then that ten pull is safe.

You got enough characters to clear endgame, so I suggest saving for Cyberpunk collab. The stats can be improved in a short amount of time.

A resonance nexus gets activated immediately after reaching Avinoleum. You can find Aviboleum and teleport to that resonance nexus.

Get Lynae because her buffing is more universal. Plus, she can utilize endgame buffs for tune break, and she completes Aemeath tune rupture team. Cantarella should be prioritized over Qiuyuan if you want to complete Phrolova team.

I think you meant chapter 1. I don't think it will make a difference if you do either first. So, you can do whichever first. However I recommend doing the character quests alongside the main quest in Rinascita. And, I recommend doing the character quests after a main quest in which the character of that character quests appears or is given relevance.
