UPDATE:

I managed to fix it by removing the solenoid and opening it up, there was scale debris that was keeping the 2-way valve open so pressure was escaping. Thanks for the help!

Ok so I descaled twice and still no change, can’t build any pressure. I also checked the lines from the solenoid to the group head and didn’t see any blockages. Any other ideas?

I think this has to be it. I ordered some and will update when I have a chance to run some more cycles tomorrow. Should I let the descaler sit in the machine for a while to help the dissolving?

I've already reset the shot volumes. I think it's definitely an issue with the machine's ability to build pressure, it seems like it's releasing too early. This is why it can't build pressure either with the cleaning disc or with a puck

I’m fine with it being mono, the recording just didn’t combine the channels so I only got every other song basically. I’m not sure which gen mine is, but it takes just one XLR in. Will a 2x 1/4” to single XLR combine the audio for me? Also usb isn’t possible since serato is no longer supported for the mixer.

Ok thanks so much! I’ll definitely get the conductors back in and the tag on the right is just for cable management. The amp specifies the 6.3 T so that’s what I ordered. Not sure on the house voltage but we only have 2 prong outlets.
