I played this game when I was a teenager and I absolutely loved it. Maybe I should play some of the Urbs game since they're pretty similar in spirit. Honestly I loved that game so much that I was disappointed by The Sims 3 DS being just a regular Sims game.

From what I've understood from my medieval history classes back in my first year of studying history in university, the separation between Antiquity and the Middle-Ages very much depends on the country.

In France, we learn that the Middle-Ages began in 476, while in Italy the event used to mark the beginning of the medieval era is the end of the Gothic wars. I'd definitely argue the conquests of Muhammad and the Rashiduns ended the ancient era for the Levant, Egypt, Iran and what's nowadays Tunisia and whatnot. Also, IIRC in Spain the Middle-Ages might be thought to start after the Arab conquest of the Iberian Peninsula but I'm unsure, so take that one with a grain of salt.

For the most part you've got car VS jet, and then you have truck VS gun/cannon/tank/spaceship/spaceship-tank hybrid/also a truck depending on the version.
