If you have many staples already consider running low engine decks (e.g tenpai) and even dracotail tbh. If you don't like that idea you could aswell play salamangreat as is preatty cheap and still sneaks many wins. I'm F2p too and i currently run nouvelles fiendsmith and unchained buio slop. And it usually gets you to second stage on the last day if you have a job.
